MAS/Hosting

Investmaster recognises the importance placed by users on the need to have their mission critical systems available at all times. To assist with this requirement, Investmaster is able to offer a fully featured Managed Application Service for its products.

Hardware and Operating System Support
The hardware can either be housed at the client's site or in a secure resilient environment. We provide all necessary operating system skills, allowing the users to concentrate on their own core businesses.

Database Support
As with hardware support, we provide specialist staff, in this case Oracle Database Administrators. Typical tasks include backup and recovery, performance tuning, database sizing and growth management.

Software Support
Investmaster is responsible for running, releasing and maintaining the application software. Additionally, a number of third-party applications and interfaces are maintained by Investmaster Systems Administrators.

Testing Facilities
To ensure that versions of the application are fully tested prior to being released into the live environment, testing environments are maintained for clients by Investmaster. These can be hosted either at the client's site or at Investmaster facilities.
